The short version

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load any third-party trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.

What we do store

The only thing we store in your browser is a small flag (in local storage, not a cookie) that remembers you have dismissed our privacy notice, so it does not reappear on every visit. It is set only when you click "Got it", contains no personal information, and is never sent to us or anyone else. We treat it as strictly necessary to provide that preference.

The law that applies

Cookies and similar storage are governed by regulation 5 of the Communications (Personal Data and Privacy) Regulations 2006, which implements the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC). Consent is required before storing or accessing information on your device, except where it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. Where such information is personal data, the Gibraltar GDPR also applies and sets the standard for valid consent. The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority's guidance GN28 covers this in detail.

Because this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking, no consent is required. The only thing stored is the strictly necessary flag described above.

If this changes

If in future we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any such cookies are set.
